With over 23 years of expertise in non-contentious legal matters, Hasnain specializes in infrastructure projects, finance, FDI (inward and outward), corporate and commercial law, private equity, tax planning, restructuring, M&A and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services. He has earned the tremendous respect of his clients for consistently achieving win-win outcomes for all parties in negotiations.
Since the year 2000, Hasnain has been a representative for the majority of power projects in Pakistan. He is the legal counsel for the Pakistan Wind Association and remains dedicated to furthering contributions to renewable energy development in Pakistan and internationally.
Having provided counsel on infrastructure projects surpassing a cumulative value of USD 10 billion, Hasnain has represented numerous local and international investors. His standing in these areas of practice is highly esteemed, and he is recognized for assisting clients in discovering cost-effective and efficient solutions to prevent or resolve their commercial disputes.
