Omair Saleem Malik is a senior associate in RIAA Barker Gillette Pakistan based in Islamabad. Since joining RIAALAW in 2010, Omair has advised on almost all the major facets of civil law, including banking, Commercial, Corporate, competition, financial, tax, labour matters, and the constitutional laws of Pakistan. In his past 11 years of practice, he has appeared before the Banking Tribunal, National Industrial Relations Commission, civil courts and various other superior courts of Pakistan.
