Senior Associate

Shaheer Roshan Shaikh studied law at Queen Mary University of London, graduating with an LL.B. (Hons.), and was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2018. He thereafter joined Fazleghani Advocates, where he spent seven years specialising in constitutional, tax and commercial litigation, as well as regulatory advisory. In 2021, he was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and has since regularly appeared before the High Courts of Sindh and Islamabad with a number of reported judgments to his credit.

During this period, he also qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

In November 2025, Shaheer joined the Corporate & Commercial Department at RIAA Barker Gillette, marking his transition into corporate practice. His practice now focuses on M&A, projects, banking and finance, and corporate advisory.

Alongside his legal practice, Shaheer has seven years of teaching experience and currently serves as a lecturer on the SQE programme at Lincoln Law.
