Senior Associate

Khush Bakht is a Senior Associate who handles the firm’s litigation at the Islamabad Office. She handles a wide range of litigation matters, focusing on commercial and contractual disputes. She regularly appears before the High Courts, trial courts and various tribunals.

Specifically, Ms. Bakht represents clients in construction disputes between contractors and sub-contractors regarding large-scale infrastructure projects. She regularly represents and advises clients on recognising and enforcing arbitration agreements and awards in Pakistan.
