Senior Counsel
Syed Haziq Ali Shah is the Senior Counsel based in our Peshawar office. He is an experienced litigator practising in the Peshawar High Court, the Supreme Court of Pakistan and other courts and tribunals in Pakistan.
Education
Mr. Shah has did his LLB from University of Peshawar 1994 and also holds a Certificate in Legislative Drafting for Social Change – International Consortium of Law and Department, Boston, USA
Experience
He has vast experience in Experience on constitutional, labour, banking, medical, education, environmental and land law matters. He is also experienced in legislative drafting. Drafted amendments for clients to bring changes in Local Govt laws of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Experience in Developing and reviewing Human Resource manuals, employment contracts etc. Worked for various clients including banks, Not-for-Profit organizations and companies. he remained lead Legal Advisor to an I-NGO IFES-Pakistan independently advising on major election projects worth over US$ 19 million. Mr. Shah also worked as Legal Specialist for collection and verification of data at Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the post 2010 flood scenario.
