Associate Partner

Rida Aslam Bhatti is an Associate Partner based in our Lahore office, specialising in Banking & Finance, Energy, Projects & Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate & Commercial law.

Her expertise in Banking & Finance encompasses comprehensive counsel on both conventional and Islamic finance structures. Rida advises leading banks and financial institutions in Pakistan and is adept at handling high-value financing transactions. She also has extensive experience advising public sector entities and private developers on complex infrastructure projects, particularly within the realm of public-private partnerships.

Rida is also highly proficient in negotiating and drafting pivotal agreements such as concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and share and asset purchase agreements. She also provides advisory services regarding regulatory compliance with foreign exchange laws and the establishment of non-banking finance companies (including private equity funds) within Pakistan.
