Senior Associate
Momin Taufiq Khan is a senior associate based in Islamabad and handles a broad range of corporate, commercial and international law matters, including but not limited to trade remedies and international trade, finance, project finance, infrastructure development, etc.
Momin regularly advises clients, domestic and international alike, on trade-related matters. He has worked on several anti-dumping investigations conducted by the National Tariff Commission and is also routinely involved in appellate proceedings.
Momin Taufiq Khan has been involved in the restructuring of various multinational and local corporate groups in Pakistan. In addition, he has also been part of teams tasked to undertake legal due diligence in connection with the proposed divestiture or acquisition of strategic shareholding for clients in companies in the financial, energy and telecommunications sectors.
