Associate
Fizzah Bucha is an Associate in our Lahore office. She assists partners and senior associates in corporate and energy sector matters related to regulatory frameworks, licensing protocols, and compliance obligations within the sector. Before this role, Fizzah practised as a tax litigator in Karachi, where she contributed to significant cases in the field of taxation.

Experience
In addition to tax matters, Fizzah assisted partners with research on various litigation matters, including contractual disputes, arbitration, labour issues, and property cases. Her experience includes drafting suits, applications, legal notices to initiate proceedings, petitions, and applications for cases presented before the Honourable High Court of Sindh.
