Litigation Counsel
Aun Ali Raza is our Litigation Counsel, currently handling the firm’s litigation at our Lahore office. He handles a wide range of litigation matters with a particular focus on banking, commercial and intellectual property matters as well as contractual disputes. He regularly appears before the High Courts, trial courts and various tribunals.
Aun Ali Raza has successfully represented clients in construction disputes between contractors and sub-contractors regarding large-scale infrastructure projects. He regularly advises clients on the recognition and enforcement of arbitration agreements and awards in Pakistan.
