Associate
Muhammad Turhan Khan is an Associate based in our Karachi office. Turhan assists the partners in advising a broad clientele in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial and regulatory matters. He also works with partners in devising legal strategies for conducting cases before the High Courts, the lower courts, and judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals in Pakistan.
Before joining RIAA Barker Gillette, Turhan worked as a trainee at Liaquat Merchant Associates. He remained a core member of their legal team and assisted in conducting high-profile litigation.
Muhammad Turhan Khan further benefits from participating in several moot court competitions during his legal studies, which helped him develop knowledge of public international law, international humanitarian law, international human rights law and international cybercrime laws.
