Associate
Fahim Khan is an associate based in Islamabad and handles a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and project-related matters, including but not limited to company acquisitions, project and infrastructure development and dispute resolution etc.
Fahim regularly advises clients, domestic and international alike, on project-related matters. He has worked on several commercial and regulatory issues involving natural resources, energy, infrastructure projects and private security companies.
Fahim has also been involved in advising clients on matters related to both domestic and international arbitration and litigation before various Courts and Tribunals within Pakistan. He has also been involved in actions taken by the firm for public sector entities on matters relating to the distribution, wheeling, transmission, generation and sale of electricity.
Fahim Khan has two publications in the CEPMLP Annual Review, an Academic Peer Review Publication of the University of Dundee. The tiles of these are “Movement of Bargaining Power: International Oil Companies and Developing Countries” and “Comparative Analysis of Transitional Energy Sources for Power Generation (Nuclear, Hydro, Wind, Solar PV, Natural Gas and Underground Coal Gasification)”.
