Ahmad Mohid is based in the Lahore office. He assists the firm’s partners and senior associates on a range of corporate/commercial advisory and transactional matters.
His expertise and work involve mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and issues, cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, sector-specific legal frameworks, banking and finance, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, business contractual matters, employment, and dispute resolution.

Experience
- Advising and representing before various regulators such as the Competition Commission of Pakistan, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and various government authorities in mergers and acquisitions related to asset purchases, acquisitions, share purchases, joint ventures, schemes of arrangement, and corporate restructuring.
- Part of the team engaged by a syndicate of banks to conduct due diligence exercise and preparation and negotiation of the entire suite of financing documents for debt recapitalization and refinancing of RLNG Plants at Haveli Bahadur Shah (1230 MW) and Balloki (1230 MW) developed by National Power Parks Management Company.
- Advising various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) providing education, religious harmony, healthcare services, community development, poverty relief, and social welfare on various matters, including certification and registration with regulatory authorities, approval for foreign funding, and compliance.
- Advising and conducting due diligence for foreign and local entities in multiple land acquisition and real estate matters.
- Part of the team advising on various public sector development projects developed through public-private partnership.
