Peter Wright joined the firm in January 2020. His previous firms include Macfarlanes, where he trained and qualified, and Hunters.

Peter delivers a first-class service and is the go-to lawyer for mid to high-net-worth individuals with London property interests.

His experience extends to new-build properties and the Help to Buy scheme, equity transfers, re-mortgages, unregistered land, equity release schemes, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes and matters involving offshore ownership structures.

Peter acts for several landlords in connection with the ongoing management of their portfolios.  He is also an experienced leasehold enfranchisement practitioner who works for tenants and landlords in connection with lease extension claims, collective enfranchisement, exercising the Right To Manage and other matters relating to leasehold property.

Peter’s clients include high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trustees, banks, developers and landowners. Properties range from central London flats to country houses and estates across England and Wales, with values as high as £30 million.

Peter works closely with our Private Client team to ensure his clients receive a 3D service, including advice on inheritance tax, wills, trusts and estate planning.
