Martin Alfreds

Senior Associate Solicitor

Martin Alfreds qualified as a solicitor in 1982. Martin specialises in high-value freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. He has learned that to be successful, one needs to be accessible to clients and build long-term relationships with them.

Martin’s clients include first-time buyers, young families, and more mature clients.

Martin’s clients frequently recommend his services to their friends and family due to his personal, friendly and thorough approach. Martin treats all his clients equally and sympathetically and with significant consideration and respect. Martin treats every client as he would treat himself.

Martin Alfreds was previously a partner at Barnes and Partners, where he worked for over 25 years, particularly establishing their office in Pinner for the last 15 years. Martin decided to seek new pastures in 2021 and is delighted to have joined such a futuristic and forward-thinking firm whose aims and ambitions align with his own.
