Kane Robin

Senior Associate Solicitor

Kane Robin is a senior member of the commercial real estate team at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK). He is known for his extensive expertise and dedication. With a strong and diverse academic background, including a BSc Hons in Human Biology from the University of Birmingham, Kane achieved commendations in both his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, Kane has specialised in real estate law and joined RIAA Barker Gillette (UK)’s commercial real estate team in November 2017. Working closely with department head John Gillette, Kane oversees various commercial real estate transactions and provides property support to various other departments within the firm. His clientele primarily consists of small to medium-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

Kane provides a wide array of services, such as:

  • drafting and negotiating leases for both landlords and tenants
  • managing lease renewals
  • overseeing property acquisitions and sales
  • handling complex transactions
  • property financing

With a commitment to delivering pragmatic solutions and tailored advice, Kane Robin is dedicated to ensuring his clients’ interests are safeguarded and their needs are expertly met.
