Gina Brodkin specialises in residential property, acting for various clients, including investors, first-time buyers, developers and high-net-worth individuals.

Gina has great experience dealing with acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold titles, new build developments, equity transfers, mortgages and re-mortgages and unregistered land. Gina’s expertise also covers leasehold enfranchisement matters. Leasehold enfranchisement is the legal process of extending your lease or buying a share of the freehold (collective enfranchisement). Leasehold enfranchisement is a complex area of law and Gina’s guidance has proven invaluable to her clients.

Gina Brodkin is personable, professional and pragmatic. She is known for her keen eye for detail and dedication to achieving the best results for her clients. Gina works closely with our Private Client team to ensure her clients receive a 3D service, including advice on inheritance tax, wills, trusts and estate planning.
