David Slomianski

Paralegal

David Slomianski joined RIAA Barker Gillette as a paralegal in August 2021.

David currently sits in our residential property team, having previously gained experience in our residential property team.

David works closely with partner and head of department Ben Marks.

David Slomianski hopes to commence his training contract to become a qualified solicitor at the first opportunity.

Experience
  • July 2016: Summer Associate at Hassans International Law Firm – company law and due diligence.
  • August 2016: Legal Advisor at William Hill – intellectual property law and due diligence.
  • May 2019 to August 2019: Legal Assistant at Drai Technologies. Negotiating exclusivity clauses, drafting and reviewing NDAs, and employment contracts.
  • Jun 2020 to October 2020: Research Assistant to Dr. Prof. Ingeborg Schwenzer and Dr. Prof. Edgardo Muñoz for the Second Edition of “Global Sales and Contract Law” first published by Oxford University Press. David was promoted to team leader and managed and edited reports from researchers across England.
