Ben Marks is a property law specialist with over 15 years of experience and now heads up our real estate team.
Ben co-established Tibber Marks Solicitors in 2019, creating a thriving North London commercial and residential property practice.
Tibber Marks merged with RIAA Barker Gillette on 1 September 2021 to provide businesses and individuals with a personal and genuine alternative to the traditional City law firm.
Ben Marks has in-depth market knowledge of residential, property investment, and development transactions. He prides himself on his excellent customer service and his commercially minded approach.

Ben has a broad client base of private individuals, HNWs, developers, investors, and lenders. Ben works closely with our Private Client team to ensure his clients receive a 3D service, including advice on inheritance tax, wills, trusts, and estate planning.
