Cancellation rights
You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of the date of our engagement letter without giving any reason.
Cancelling your contract
To cancel your contract with us, please inform us in writing that you wish to do so using any of the following means:

Effects of cancellation
Subject to the below paragraph, the Firm will reimburse all payments received from you via the same method as those funds were received unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive notification of your cancellation.
If you requested services to commence during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a proportionate amount for services performed up to the date we receive the notice of cancellation compared to the full costs of our services, assuming completion of all work in the Scope of Work as set out in our engagement letter.
