Before formalising our alliance, Barker Gillette LLP and RIAALAW enjoyed a long and successful referral history. In 2015, we formalised this prosperous arrangement under the umbrella alliance RIAA Barker Gillette, bringing together both firms’ collective experience and expertise to provide a coordinated legal service.
RIAALAW brought the alliance its expertise in project finance, M&A, banking and corporate finance, intellectual property, international trade, and dispute resolution, with a specific industry focus on energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, mining and healthcare.
Having merged with Lucas McMullan Jacobs in 2014, Barker Gillette LLP offered a high-profile London-based practice with expertise in corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, commercial and residential property, employment, family, and private client law.
In 2021 RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) LLP merged with Tibber Marks Solicitors to provide businesses and individuals with a personal and genuine alternative to the traditional City law firm, to strengthen its real estate team and offer clients a wider choice of legal services.
