- Acting for the husband in contested financial proceedings with assets worth more than £3 million, including several domestic and international properties and assets.
- Acting for the wife in proceedings involving a business worth over £5 million and properties with a combined value of £2 million. Successfully negotiating a financial settlement.
- Acting for the wife in financial proceedings, where the husband had disposed of a property worth more than £1 million to a new partner and successfully securing an order to set aside the transaction.
- Acting for the wife in financial proceedings, where the husband had deliberately concealed assets worth over £1million and refused to provide disclosure. Successfully securing a third-party disclosure order to secure the wife’s financial claims.
- Acting for the father in child arrangements proceedings, where welfare and alcohol were live issues. Successfully negotiating a ‘live with order’ for the father (previously known as a residence order).
